Sarah doesn’t believe in resting on her laurels. She studies daily and reads many books a month, consistently implementing the things she learns. Tackling the challenges and learning curve is part of the job because her focus is on improving the quality of her product, her service, her team, and those who surround her.

The steadfast leader sits as one of three Global leaders in Femcity, a woman’s empowerment organization founded in 2009 to be the largest woman-oriented organization in the world. In five short years, she has proved to be a significant asset in growing and inspiring change in the organization, helping it move away from focusing on women in business to catering to ALL WOMEN who choose to lead a life championing other women. “I am a co-founder of Intently Be, a company focused on creating unique opportunities for women through events, modern luxury retreats, and merchandise with intention to inspire inclusivity, love, and freedom to be uniquely you,” she says. “The launch of the first luxury retreat was a huge success and three more are scheduled for 2022: Dominican Republic, New York, and Greece.”

In the male-dominated industry of HVAC, Sarah has quickly gained an influence. She devotes her time and resources as a board member of the national organization of Women in HVAC to coach on business development, marketing, and leadership to open doors for more women to dominate in this industry.
