Juliana Lam, Founder & President at INNOTIER, has been termed hard-working, resilient, and people-centric who has been influencing people through her positivity and hard work. She has been awarded as “China Top 100 Women Entrepreneur Awards 2012” by the China Association of Women Entrepreneurs, she is the only female winner of the “2014 Young Industrialist Awards of Hong Kong” by FHKI. Besides, she has received “The Lifetime Achievement Award Winner of GGEF Women Eco Game Changer Awards” in 2017 and has also been honored as “the Outstanding Businesswomen” awarded by Hong Kong Commercial Daily in 2019.

She contributes towards influencing budding entrepreneurs through a talk and sharing session with student representatives from major universities in HK, alongside she also participates in charity, mentorship, and sponsorship for many women-related events. Through her role as the president of the Association of Hong Kong Gloves Trader Limited, she encourages more people to join manufacturing. Being a female in this male-dominated industry can be seen as a competitive advantage.

During this pandemic, Juliana felt the urge of being proactive in pushing ESG into business as a merger, “I knew it will be too late if we still wait and think there is no platform for us to do something for our planet, so that our story began with one simple question: How do we put innovation-driven technology at the heart of the next evolution in sustainable lifestyles?” she says. “INNOTIER has taken this question and allowed it to propel who we are.
