As a powerful female leader, Allie found success at an early age. Prior to her current role, she served as Chief Marketing Officer of JazzHR. She has also held key marketing leadership positions at high-growth companies, including Attivio, SnapApp, and Lionbridge Technologies, Inc. During her career, she has received recognition as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in SaaS from The Software Report. She also currently serves on the Fast Company Executive Board, an invitation-only professional organization of leaders who share a commitment to shaping the future of business.

Allie recognizes the importance of women supporting women, no matter what industry they are in. She is an advocate and counselor for businesswomen seeking to establish or grow their companies. One of her greatest passions is ensuring working parents have the structural support to make work- and home -life blend easier. She has singlehandedly advocated for flexible and hybrid work options, and in the companies she has led, Allie has collaborated with HR teams to establish policies and programs that extend caregiver and parental leave to working parents and other caregivers.
